Where we ate in Malaysia

Aside from our Penang food trip, we also ate the following places in Malaysia when we went there last 2025.

Read about Places to have fun and where I shopped in Malaysia.

Baker’s Cottage

We were hungry after visiting The Parent Company where I bought my mini perfumes.

Boat Noodle

We got some tourist freebies from Sunway Pyramid and it included free noodles from Boat Noodle.

Foodie’s Nest

We found this nice food court at Starling Mall called Foodie’s Nest.

Hoong Foong Dimsum

We had dimsum and enjoyed free ice cream at Hoong Foong Dimsum

Jalan Ipoh Mee Curry

Jin Xuan

I’ve went to Jin Xuan during my previous Malaysia trip and I always go here when I crave for some dimsum

Kuafood Fried Chuan

We had some delicious skewers at Kuafood Fried Chuan to satisfy my barbecue cravings

Night Market (pasar malam)

Of course, I visited a pasar malam during my trip.

Oriental Kopi

I’ve had their egg tarts before but it was only during this trip that I’ve tried Oriental Kopi’s food and I also bought some instant noodles to take home.

Para Para Hotpot

The dainties hotpot place that I’ve tried, Para Para Hotpot serves such a pretty hotpot. It comes with free soup refills in glass bottles. We ordered their tea too which had free refills as well.

Restoran B & Best

We went to Restoran B & Best for some seafood noodle soup.

Roro

Roro was where I got hooked into drinking sour plum drinks.

Tian Dian

I finally tried the jiggly Psyduck dessert at Tian Dian.
