Chef Liyeth's Cuisine Gourmet Takeaway Review

For gourmet takeaways and catering services, Chef Liyeth’s Cuisine has got your back. With dishes featuring various cuisines, there will certainly be a dish that catches your fancy. In this post, I’ll be sharing my quick review of the dishes that I’ve tried from their menu.

Angus Beef Thin-Crust Pizza
The Angus Beef Thin-Crust Pizza has a slightly sweet crust, a delicious combination of savory goodness with a slight hint of sweetness. It's even more delicious when I toasted it a bit more in the oven, the thin crust became crispy.

Pasta
I like that both of their pasta and the broccoli penne pasta were al dente, cooked but firm.

Boneless Crispy Pata
I also toasted the crispy pata in the oven to make it crispier and it came out crispy on the outside but chewy and tender on the inside.

Seafood Kare Kare
Not thick and viscous, the sauce of the seafood kare kare was quite liquidy but still delicious. The seafood tasted fresh and made the dish even more delicious. There was also a generous amount of seafood in their seafood kare kare.

Chicken Wings
The chicken wings were a little soggy but after a quick pop into the oven toaster, it became crispy and the meat was still tender.

Buchi
A combination of sweet and savory, my daughter really liked their buchi. I like how it's not too sweet, just the right amount of sweetness.

Peach Mango Pie
Similar to the buchi, the Peach Mango Pie was also a combination of sweet and savory. It was not too sweet either, it was a delicious way to end a tummy-filling meal.
