Easy Tuna & Veggie Sushi Recipe for Kids who are Picky Eaters

One of my daughter’s favorite dishes is sushi and this is the usual recipe that I use when I make her some sushi. Sometimes I add spinach and sometimes I substitute the tuna with salmon or use ground chicken instead. It’s a great dish to get your little ones to eat vegetables if they’re picky about food.

My daughter used to avoid spinach and this was one of the ways I would get her to eat spinach. Luckily, she is no longer picky about spinach but she would still ask for sushi from time to time.

I buy my pickled radish strips from Shopee but you can also buy them from your local Korean mart.

This is my entry for the I Love Ajinomoto contest. Read more about the I Love Ajinomoto Contest to find out how you can get your recipe featured on TV and win some gift certificates.
