Isaac’s favorite among the menu is the Fresh Fried & Smoke Platter. It is with good reason as the smoky taste permeated the meat. No barbecue sauce is needed as each bite of the tender meat leaves the mouth with a strong smoky flavour.
Among the seafood platter, which accompanied the smoked platter, the fried fish is the best.
Jera’s Ultimate Pulled Pork & Bacon Nachos
Jera’s Ultimate Pulled Pork & Bacon Nachos is also a dish that Isaac likes. What makes it stand out among other nachos, according to him, is it’s sweet tasting chips.
Barbecue Pulled Pork Cobb Salad
The pulled pork salad needs more dressing and the meat is a bit hard.
Chef Pat’s Ultimate Cheese Dip
Chef Pat’s Ultimate Cheese Dip does not taste as cheesy as Isaac expected. However, their use of cassava chips is a unique and delicious idea.
Desserts
In fairness, their desserts are delicious, especially their Pecan Pie.
OVERALL
Overall, it was a good dining experience. There were dishes that shined but in terms of price, it was expensive. I would recommend it to someone who absolutely loves barbecue and other smoked food. Also, the place is really spacious and can accommodate numerous groups of people, so don't worry about seats when you're coming with friends or family.
