We both agree that Teresita's of San Fernando's Halo-Halo is hands down one of the best Halo-Halo around. Its creamy leche flan is what makes this Halo-Halo truly shine.
Palabok P90
Their palabok is good but we wished it had more toppings.
We usually order their Palabok and Halo-Halo combo (P160).
Kare Kare P140
Nutty and slightly sweet, their Kare Kare had a generous amount of sauce and is perfect to pair with their unlimited rice. Their unlimited rice is priced at P19 and comes with drinks.
